1. Use of Service
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
2. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive use.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing security controls.
- No use of the service to generate spam, malware or misleading content.
- No use that violates third-party rights including IP, privacy and publicity rights.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
Aichatz and all related trademarks, logos and software are the property of Aichatz. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aichatz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — see our Disclaimer.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel anytime from your account.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
